Welcome to the policy of D\u00e9dicace Software<\/mark> <\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n“D\u00c9DICACE SOFTWARE” has chosen an ethical policy that respects moral values and human dignity.\n\nIn doing so, ” D\u00c9DICACE SOFTWARE ” will only accept data hosting that respects the following limitations:\n

  1. Any content deemed offensive (content that is discriminatory, racist or xenophobic, revisionist or negationist, defamatory, violent or inciting to violence, likely to shock the sensibilities of the youngest, abusive or commonly considered vulgar, offensive, contrary to morality or public order, offensive to religious practices or beliefs, obscene, pornographic or pedophilic) is prohibited.<\/li>\n \t
  2. More generally, any content in violation of intellectual property rights and copyright (texts, images, videos, trade secrets, internal or confidential information, etc.), or of current laws and regulations, is also prohibited on our servers.<\/li>\n \t
  3. Each customer, whose Internet site (or any other application) is managed by ” D\u00c9DICACE SOFTWARE “, must ensure that no visitor can include comments, blogs, opinions contrary to the following limits:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • absence of racist comments ;<\/li>\n \t
    • no abusive or vulgar language;<\/li>\n \t
    • absence of language offensive to religious practices or beliefs ;<\/li>\n \t
    • lack of revisionist content;<\/li>\n \t
    • no pornographic or pedophilic content;<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/span>\nFurthermore, for reasons of strict neutrality, no content of a political, philosophical or religious nature will be managed by “D\u00c9DICACE SOFTWARE”.<\/span>\n\nFailure to comply with this code of conduct will result in :<\/span>\n

      • In the case of hosting provided by “D\u00c9DICACE SOFTWARE”: immediate cessation of hosting services provided for the customer concerned on the server concerned, as long as the content does not comply with our charter;<\/li>\n \t
      • In any other case, no intervention by ” D\u00c9DICACE SOFTWARE ” will be possible as long as the content does not comply with our charter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nDetails on the application of the Code of Ethics :<\/mark><\/strong>\n

        • Games of chance and gambling, as well as any game that causes addiction or dependence.<\/li>\n
        • Weapons in general, war, revolt, demonstration.<\/li>\n
        • Drugs, tobacco and all products that pose a threat to health.<\/li>\n
        • Dating sites, libertarianism, swingers or other.<\/li><\/span>
