Le RGPD et notre équipe
Nous nous engageons auprès de nos clients et partenaires en faveur de la protection des données personnelles, conformément au Règlement Européen n°2016/679.
Nous aidons votre entreprise elle-même dans l'application du RGPD en vous fournissant tous les moyens nécessaires pour protéger et sécuriser votre système d'information.
“DÉDICACE SOFTWARE” is committed to its customers and partners in favor of the protection of personal data, in accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
No data is passed on to third-party companies without the prior consent of the customer and the person(s) responsible for the data. These may include (but are not limited to) first and last name, e-mail address, company name and postal address. These transmissions are necessary, for example, to enable the registration of licenses on behalf of the end customer, or to purchase or rent a product or service on behalf of the end customer.
For any project requiring access to or management of personal data, for example when handling databases, a contract is drawn up between “DÉDICACE SOFTWARE” and the customer. It details the actions carried out, the data concerned and the data controllers, as well as the duration of the intervention.
“DÉDICACE SOFTWARE” has implemented a high level of internal protection for the data entrusted to it, as well as a follow-up of any action carried out on this data. Each customer can access all the information (actions and data) concerning him or her on request.
DÉDICACE SOFTWARE” requires the consent of the person responsible for the data in question for any action concerning the data or access rights requested for certain data, using a dedicated form. No request not validated by the data controller will be processed or accepted by ” DÉDICACE SOFTWARE “.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from May 25, 2018:
– The personal data you provide will only be used in the context of the contractual relationship between you and DÉDICACE SOFTWARE. Data will not be used for purposes outside the scope of the requested service.
– Data that has not been used for three years is regularly deleted from our databases (at least once a year) or in accordance with the procedures explicitly described for the service concerned.
– All our customers may exercise their right to access, rectify or delete their personal data, or to request a restriction on processing, object to processing or request portability by contacting our Data Protection Officer: dpo @ dedisoft.com. They can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
